What's included in the monthly rate?
One monthly rate covers the fully furnished office itself, utilities, meeting room time, and staffed reception and mail handling. There are no separate bills for the day-to-day running of the space.
Is Ejari registration included?
Yes. Ejari registration is handled for every tenancy, so the paperwork banks, immigration, and government departments check is already in place.
What lease terms do you offer?
Terms are flexible, including short-term and trial leases for businesses that want to test the address before committing longer-term. Use the contact form and ask for the exact options available right now.
What office grades and prices are available?
Three grades: Entry Level from AED 3,999/month, Sea View from AED 4,499/month, and Burj Khalifa View from AED 4,999/month.
Can I book a meeting room?
Every tenancy includes meeting room time by default, and additional hours can be booked as needed for client pitches, interviews, or team sessions.
How do I reserve a specific office?
Pick your exact office on the Pricing & Floor Plan page. Clicking an available unit takes you straight to the contact form with it pre-filled.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Can you help with visas or business setup paperwork?
We guide new companies through the DED trade license and DEWA connection process, and work with trusted PRO partners for employment visa referrals.
