Office leases run on a minimum 12-month term, registered via Ejari, with flexible renewal each year.
What's the notice period to leave or downsize/upsize?
We ask for written notice ahead of any change to your office. Get in touch with our team and we'll walk you through the options for your situation.
Is parking available?
Yes, dedicated parking is available for tenants, allocated on a limited, first-come basis.
What's included in the security deposit and is it refundable?
A refundable security deposit is required at signing. It's returned after you vacate, less any outstanding charges or damage.
Can I get a tour before signing?
