Burj Khalifa View offices from AED 4,999 a month: what's included

Grade A offices are priced from AED 4,999 a month (VAT not included) and sit at the top of the 46 private offices split across floors 42 and 43. The grade includes a fully furnished private office, the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai skyline view, floor-to-ceiling windows, DEWA, internet and cleaning included, free Ejari registration, and meeting room time as part of the tenancy. Sea View offices from AED 4,499 a month: what's included

Grade B offices start at AED 4,499 a month (VAT not included) and give you a sea view or an elevated view of Sheikh Zayed Road, also behind floor-to-ceiling windows. The grade includes a fully furnished private office, DEWA, internet and cleaning, and free Ejari registration. There are 18 Grade B offices across the two floors. As with Grade A, current availability is shown on the pricing and floor plan.

Everything included in the monthly rate

Whichever grade you choose, one monthly rate covers the running of the office: high-speed internet, DEWA (electricity and water), air conditioning/chiller, daily office cleaning, self-service pantry with coffee, tea and water, and Ejari tenancy registration. A staffed reception on the 42nd floor receives deliveries and mail, and meeting room time is included with every tenancy. Yes. Floor-to-ceiling windows are fitted in Grade A and Grade B offices. Grade C offices do not have them.
